Belco Industries wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or voice control.

What we've done

[Describe what was actually built and checked. The starter's baseline is: semantic HTML structure, a skip-to-content link, keyboard operation throughout with visible focus indicators, text contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA, meaningful alternative text on images, labelled form fields with errors announced, and respect for the operating system's reduced-motion setting.]

Where we are

[Be accurate. "Built to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA" is a different claim from "independently audited against WCAG 2.1 Level AA" — only say the second if an audit happened. If parts of the site fall short, name them: a third-party booking widget or an embedded map is often the honest answer.]

Third-party content

[Anything embedded from another company — booking, mapping, chat, video — is outside our control. Say so, and give people a way to do the same task without it: a phone number for booking, an address for directions.]

Tell us about a problem

If any part of this site is difficult to use, please tell us — it's the fastest way for it to get fixed, and we'll help you get what you need in the meantime.

[State the response time the client can genuinely meet.]
