Belco's Mobile Parts Delivery program brings high-demand replacement components directly to your facility. Instead of arranging shipping or sending a member of your maintenance team off site, the parts arrive at the plant, and your team has the opportunity to review available inventory in person.
Ask about van availability for your state, request a component ahead of a stop, or discuss a service kit. The Parts Department is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
Where the Mobile Parts Van travels
The Belco Mobile Parts Van travels across the United States and has already made successful stops in Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Wisconsin, Illinois, Texas, and Pennsylvania. Every visit helps customers reduce downtime, replenish inventory, and keep production moving.
If your facility is outside the states listed above, contact the Parts Department. Routes are planned around customer demand, and new stops are added as the program grows.
What the van carries
Each visit is stocked with essential components and high-demand replacement parts for both industrial finishing systems and aluminum extrusion systems. Customers can request specific components ahead of a scheduled stop, or work with our specialists to identify the parts that are most important to keep on hand.
When additional technical support is needed, an experienced Belco service technician can accompany a scheduled van visit to assist with troubleshooting or installation.
Customized service kits, replenished on site
Belco can help create customized service kits based on your equipment and maintenance needs. These kits are stocked with critical replacement parts and replenished during regular Mobile Parts Delivery visits, giving maintenance teams organized, on-site access to the components they use most and fewer reasons to place an emergency order.
